All of the personal information which you provide for completion of your protection order forms and any of your Feedback information, is strictly confidential. Moreover, upon the completion and printout of your protection order forms, your completed protection order forms and all your personal information in those forms is immediately deleted. No personal information directly linked to any individual is stored in this computer system after the person seeking protection or the victim advocate completes and prints out the protection order forms.
